Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
These are my first macro shots with my new-used Canon 100mm 2.8 on a 450D (XSi). Difficult conditions to shoot today because of the wind made focusing hard. Also determined that I need to get a monopod. Let me know what I can do better.

Vibrant colors and nice pictures. This was a thread I was glad I opened up, if you know what I mean. Photos 1,3,and 5 each left me with a good feeling. Each of those three photos gave a positive, good vibe, which is not always the case with macro images, which are all too often rather documentary, dull, and just faithful recreations of subject matter.

Thanks Darrel, those were my favorite from the day as well. These are the RAW files converted over to JPEGs. Why do the JPEGs look like they have more color than the RAWs, even after pp? Not that I am a fan of the pizazz JPEG look, sometimes added more color than what was at the scene.

Also, here are a few more pictures from yesterday...
