Congratulations.
I'd happily buy one off you, I am sure your book will make everyone happy who gets the chance to look at it!
I am planning to get a book made by one of the online digital photo developers who also offer to make your own photo book, but all our German developers have software problems and I so far could not launch an order... grrr. (I wonder if they even know about it?)

Lafoto - there are two sites I've looked at but haven't tried yet. They seem to have good products and both have good reviews from the press/media.
