First Panorama

Decided to try a panorama of the view from my favorite birding area. I cant figure out the editing process very well with this. I can merge the pictures just fine, but once merged, can't seem to make any further adjustments. Tried adjusting each picture as a batch to where I liked it and merging those edited pictures, but it seemed to revert back to looking SOOC. And I'm sure freehanding it with my wildlife lens isn't the most ideal setup.

Well anyways, it's a beautiful view none the less.

Are you trying to merge raw images or JPEG's? If the former, perhaps the software can't read the edits you've done to them. Save them as JPEGs and merge those.

I tried both ways. I'm using photoshop CC if that helps any. Also once merged it doesn't seem to want to let me create any layers.
Basically I was hoping to slightly darken the mountains and make them a little less blue.
