Received my first pics taken with my new 124G from The Darkroom yesterday. Porta160. Came out better than I expected considering new camera/format/film. Photographed some of the Mt. Etna Iron Furnace, which operated from 1795-1873, structures and is located near Williamsburg, Pennsylvania. Definitely going to enjoy using this camera.

Sweet. Have fun and shoot it till it breaks. Once you get acquainted, you find it a great walk-around camera. Though you will attract a few curious bystanders, the WLF can make you semi-invisible. People don't seem to notice the prayer-like, head down posture.

Nice! You must be feeling pretty pumped after a successful first outing with this unfamiliar format.

I agree with cgw: these are terrific walk-around cameras. Lightweight, portable, and looking down through that viewfinder lets people think you aren't pointing the camera their way. ;)

Have a blast with this!!
