First post in quite a while... c&c

I haven't taken any photos or posted in almost a year, but picked up a canon sx10 the other day, heres a couple.

These don't look like a beginner's photos to me, 3-5 in particular. Number 3 has interesting lines and colour contrast, yet I would have liked to see a bit more space to the left of the hydrant (seems too tight as is). Number 4 is probably my favourite; I don't even know what I'm looking at, but can't take my eyes off of it –sweet lines. The last one is a nice architectural abstract, but seems to be missing something to really pop (maybe some more contrast?).

I really love the colors in 4. The first photo has a great industrial feel to it.
