first real attempt at night photography, vancouver bc

looking for suggestions on how to make this better, or what I could have done differently.

Using the canon 60d, sigma 18-35 1.8 and a rather inexpensive manfrotto tripod. Really haven't done much with long exposure or night photography and finding I really enjoy it, so any suggestions or criticisms welcome!

Looks good to me. Some might not like that it's cut in half (50% sky, 50% reflection), but I think it works here. Good job!

thanks! I did crop out an equal section of the top of the photo and the bottom, the top was entirely black and the bottom was the same, I thought having too much black empty space on both top and bottom made it look a little odd, so I cropped it down. I wonder now if it would have been better to leave it, but it made half the photo look like empty space
