First successful background replacement!!

You can correct for colour to match other layers in your image by highlighted the layer you want to alter, then going to Image > Adjustments > Match Colour

In the bottom half of the resulting window, chose the name of your image, then the layer you want to match to and "poof!" your layer will be a rough match and you can refine it with the color intensity, luminance, and fade sliders.

Looks really good! I like the color and the B&W--both seem to work pretty well. What really helps is the foreground subject matter and lighting seems to "go with" the background.

This came out very well. It was especially helpful that you picked a background and foreground that were taken on the same plane.

Also dark photos are always the best to do this with! You can get lazy and let the shadows create details lol.
