First time in Chicago...

I'm back from a 3-week vacation in the US. One of the visits was Chicago. Obviously, I wasn't very original in terms of composition and shoots. But here are a few shots of the skyline even though you must have seen those a thousand times.

This first picture is one of the 500 frames I took for a timelapse. Unfortunately we left just when the light was becoming interesting... or we would have had a ticket for parking longer than authorized.

Those two pictures were taken while on a cruise on the Lake Michigan at sunset. What a fantastic experience. I can only recommend it if you ever visit the city.

Here's another one. It's a picture from a timelapse I did at North Avenue Beach one evening. My only regret from that trip is to not have been able to see the skyline at sunrise... Well, next time!
