I would argue that the entire background of my shot was "Bokeh". Bokeh does not have to be tiny points of light, or any particular shape. Some nature photographers end up with a "creamy" bokeh, where the background turns into one very smooth colour, even though it may in fact be grass, trees, water, anything really.
