First try at night shot

Ok, just learning so bare with me.
I have been doing some reading about the TV and AV settings along with what ISO to use.
I took 6 shot, Full TV 100 to 400 and full AV 100 to 400 ISO just to see the difference.

This is one of the better shots, please tell me what you think, honestly.
I know the composition is bad, the Hydro pole in the way, but it was the only spot I had available tonight.

I think its ok, the picture doesnt have much interest, but you got good light trails.
What is the reflection that is shaped like a stop sign on the right side?
I kept seeing night shots, and thats what prompted me to learn how to use my camera (it was a point and shoot at the time) I was amazed what changing settings could do.

Well, your doing exactly what you need to do to learn when you do shots and only change one setting to see its effect. With that said I like the contrast between the foreground and background and i especially like the tones in the sky.
