first try at portrait

never realy tried portraits before so this is my first atempt, taken near waterloo in london.

Don't know why no one has commented in here yet! I really like this - it reminds me of kind of a "fashion photog" style - love the darkbackground and shadowed face. Nice first attempt!

thanks for the coments, yeah i was going for something along thoes lines, luckaly there wasnt anything in the background for the flash to hit

I like it too. Could you post it bigger? Like the way she is positioned and the contrast btw hair and fur hood.

I would also like to see it a little bigger. It's a cool shot and I like the empty black space :thumbup: Kinda mysterious with the shadows around her face.
