This is fishing harbor, Vizhinjam, Thiruvananthapuram. In the fish breeding months, there is restriction to fishing in sea; that is why we see all boats mooring....

Too much of everything especially sky, you are losing the depth and some contrast? to make it work. I would play with some crops that emphasize the row of boats facing front in the foreground and eliminates the sky, it is doing you no favours in this shot.
