I would recommend posting in one thread of you are going to post the same thing in both threads, and try and limit yourself to your best shots. I know it's hard, I've been struggling with the same thing but you have to also be your own critic.

First of all, each and everyone of your "snapshots" are completely out of focus.

Secondly, I know you were trying to capture "natural" facial expression but these simply don't do it for me and lack in composition.

The reason, imo, for the different colour skin tone would be from the inconsistency in exposure and WB (white balance) levels.

What settings where you using on your camera?

Hi Demers18, I thought I'd replied to your post, but it seems I haven't. Thanks for looking and for your comments.
Must have been another site that has a limit of 3 images per post. Thanks for the info.
Re out of focus, actually I knew they were out of focus but I was interested in opinions on the expressions. With hindsight I should have made that clear, but thanks for raising it anyway. The focus problem is a technical issue I have with the camera; I don't know why every photo in this bunch is out of focus.
As for settings, if you have the time and inclination to right click on the images you will see the settings. Your comments on them would be welcome.

I don't know how to give critics but Sorry to say none of the 5 images work for me. Be it technical, composition nor expressions. I can't feel the mood that she was in. Perhaps you may want to try a wider crop and include the activities that she was engaging in. just my 2 cents

Thanks ainsleyyip for looking and for your comments.
