Flash reflection and Photoshop

I have got a photo with some reflected flash which I would like to get rid of in photoshop, I'm not too hot with photoshop thoughm could anyone help?
Here is the photo just so that you know what I mean, the flash reflection is on the top left wall...

You might try the Burn tool to darken the area.
