Flikr says my pictures are soft

When i upload any picture, it keeps telling me in the exif that my pictures sharpens is soft. I tried maxing out the sharpness in lightroom, but that also doesn't help.

These pictures were shot on a monopod.

You're not doing anything wrong and Flickr isn't telling you the photos are soft. That data entry is from your camera and it's the sharpness setting for your camera's JPEG processor. If you processed a raw file that data entry is meaningless. If you used the camera JPEG then it simply means you didn't apply in-camera sharpening.

what do you have your sharpness set to?

zero sharpness. I always shoot raw so i guess this is meaningless information as you say. Thanks for the help.
