The resolution isn't very high, it's hard to make out details. You might want to try FlickR for file hosting as portrait orientation images come across on this forum with a lot of detail.

From what I can make out, you've got ghosted headlights, ghosted bike lights, and a weak composition. However, you also have nice textures and a possibly interesting subject.
