Here in town we have the Japanese Gardens. It is a terraced park along a small lake that has a lot of Japanese motif - obviously.
On one terrace there is a stone wall with bushes hanging from above which were in bloom. We have since had strong wind and the petals are nearly gone. Given the theme of the garden, I decided to work the blossoms with particular focus on simplicity, form, and grace - at least what I see in Japanese style and art (as an admitted white-boy from middle America).
As always, comments welcome.
