Flower Macro

Hai,

Didn't know where to upload flowers. I made limited trials in macros. Please do reply your comments.

amiably,
Ravi.

To my mind this is a very beautiful photo of a very beautiful flower in absolutely beautiful light! Lovely. Placed so the flower has room to look into, DOF so we see most of it in focus (foreground petals are not so important and the delicacy of the petals clearly shows where it is important), and the background (isn't that a lovely colour!?!? ) is ever so nicely blurred.

Beautiful!

^^^ Corinna said it all! (And is that a bee inside it? Cool!)

Thank you Corrinna and Antarctican. Yeah, you were right Antarctican, that's a bee in the flower.
I shot it with my D50 coupled with extraordinary performance of Nikkor-105 MM lens.
And to add, it's also a direct shot. Not composed on photoshop.
Thanks for commenting.
Amiably,
Ravi.
