You titled this foggy morning in queens...

Where is the fog? How do I know this is Queens? And you never mention the ducks. The horizon is tilted...most of the frame is blank space...

What did you like about this photo? What was the story of the photo? Where were you trying to draw the viewer's attention? That orange this is the only color in the whole photo, so guess where someone is most likely going to look first (and its not clear enough to determine what the orange thing is).

Hi and welcome to TPF! When you first get into dslr photography, is really one of the most exciting times. I have to say I agree with everything said above but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just keep going out there and most of all have fun. That's whats most important.

I agree and should have mentioned as such. Don't take what I said as just plain dogging you. Trying to point out flaws so that you can know what to look for in the future as you take photos. I believe in you. Go out and shoot more and more and more.
