It's harvest time and the soybeans are ready. Here's a trivia item that should excite you all: Here in St. Louis we're about 100 miles down river from the soybean epicenter of the US -- Quincy Ill. This is a typical floodplain soybean field -- the Mississippi is right behind those trees.
