For Mully: Egret in Flight

Unfortunately, this one is oversharpened..not sure how it translated as such but will go back a few paces in the edit sequence and see if it is due to the sharpen layer or something else in the process...

Very nice ...thanks for posting this ....I love the reflections of the wings and the tone change of them....birds are fun to shoot and you live in a place that has a lot of water birds.

Did you crop this, or is this the entire image? This one is not bad, but it is always better if you can get the reflection in the water as part of the picture.

I cropped but he filled about 40% of the frame. Should I have given him more "flyout" room?

Yep he needs some room and the rest of his reflection if possible! If not possible as gorgeous as the reflection is I think it has to go IMHO.
Technically beautiful but awkward composition.

If you have the whole reflection.. please post it. That water is reflecting the egret beautifully!

I can give him more flyout room but no more reflection to be had...he was just barely in flight mode and it was an umanticipated shot...got what I could but there will be more.
