It doesn't look real, sort of like a drawing. I think it's the soft focus and tones. Not that that's a bad thing, just an observation.
How comes the handle on the left is different? Is that round bit at the top a keyhole?

I think at one time the left one had a keyhole that is long since gone and they have moved to a chain and padlock.
