Those shutters look like they would have made a nice study. In fact, I think this image seems to be less than the some of it's parts. I don't find this framing as interesting as the possible shots I see within it. Probably just how I look at the world.

This ^^^^^^ I have to agree with. Looking at the images parts, if you were to focus on them individually you could pull a whole series. Was this somewhere you could get up closer or were you shooting from outside a fence???

@smoke665 I was shooting from behind a fence...the whole place is fenced off...however, i got an idea...i can try and use my 70-200 to isolate certain aspects shown like the shutters

Finding the right spot is like seeing "THE" tree in a forest of trees. Move around, view from different angles. I've even used two L shaped pieces of foam board to make a frame to look through, to help me focus. The more you cam simplify the scene the more your point of focus will stand out, not only to you but your viewers. That's a bummer on the fence. Anyone to ask permission to enter.
