How I can talk to the owner of a forum?

by sticking around and participating in the forum . . . and then messaging him once your part of the community.

when your first post is how can i talk to the owner? he will be wary of you. ESPECIALLY when the title of this thread is forum monetization, which i think is a very odd choice of words.

Anything terrible. My language of a curve because I from Russia I Use computer translation.
I the author of the program for automatic sorting photos also wanted to suggest to the owner of a forum to take part in distribution of this program for 50 %. And to send a spam I do not want.

Chase is the forum owner....send him a PM.

A list of forum leaders, including him, can be found at the bottom of the forum index, right below the last forum....there is a bar with two links in it...once says "mark all forums as read", and the other says "view forum leaders". You can find his name there, click on it, and click 'send user a private message'.
