Yeah, I wasn't liking the way it looked in full color so I converted it to B & W. Thanks for the input!

The conversion isn't that great. I say that because I can tell it was shot on digital at first glance.

It is nice to see when people have "an eye" for these kinds of little things, such as the feathers forming a still life of this kind all on their own, in the way they fell.
I think you focused well and chose a pleasing DOF for this photo, and aligning the one feather with the bottom of your frame, having the other cut a diagonal line through the picture are nice elements.
The conversion could have been better. It is a bit "pale". Flat - i.e. lacking in contrasts. Nothing you could not still work on, since this version of the photo (b&w) is the result of some pp work, too. So why not just add a bit more pp work to it to make it stand out more?
