Foreground colors look nice; background colors look very unnatural in my opinion. Almost looks like it was layered...

Looks like an HDR to me. I like the top part of the pic but IMO there is too much water space at the bottom.

colours are a bit weird, and the perspective is whacky...
I just don't like the way you did the HDR...a subtler merge would do this photo much more justice.
Everything is fine other than the HDR merge.

When I am able to compare the two, I prefer the second one as the colours are more natural looking (IMO). Good eye for a nice shot: the arrangement of the four trees, the colour of the rocks, the striations in them, and the patches of light on the calm water make for a very visually pleasing image.
