Superb, clean optics, razor sharp copy of this lens. Fast autofocus, clean colors, negligible light falloff even wide open on a 35mm sensor.

This is an incredible lens, some of my very best pictures come from it. The problem is, that while this lens is probably the most technically excellent of my lenses, it accounts for a very small percentage of my shots. My 17-40 on the other hand isn't as technically great, but it produces a much higher portion of my shots. I'm selling this to add some primes to the UWA and WA category to help improve my more common subject matter.
