I am selling my 40 since I have moved on to the 5D. This camera is in super condition and has hardly any signs of use. It has about 30k actuations. It comes with a 28-135 IS USM camera strap, 2 canon batteries, battery charger, original box and piece of mind that its a great camera. $850 for the package. i do ask buyer covers paypal fee and shipping if not local pickup.
