FS:Canon T3 w/Tamron 18-270 Lens plus extras!.....Like new condition

I have a gently used Canon T3 with a Tamron 18-270 Piezo Drive VC lens. This setup is about 7 months old and I bought it new. This includes the camera body, lens, 3 batteries, Promaster 2500EDF hot shoe mount flash and the charger. Everything is in like new condition and has not been used that much. No signs of wear. The lens has had a filter on it since day one. The only reason I am selling is because I just don't use it that much and don't need this much camera. I am willing to ship for the cost of shipping. Also I have all the original boxes for everything. I am asking $700 OBO. I am not really sure how much this setup is worth so I will start there. Please feel free to make me a reasonable offer. I would like to sell ASAP.
