Both lenses are in very good condition, no scratches, mold or dings. They will come in their original boxes. They fit Canon autofocus EOS DSLR bodes, such as Digital Rebel series, 60D, 7D, etc.
The Sigma 24-60mm is a professional series, sharp, fast lens. The Tokina 24-200mm is a superzoom with average sharpness, like most superzooms.
