Camera Model: Canon EOS 40D

Approximate age of Body: 2.5 Years. Original owner, purchased new in late 2008

Body Condition: 9.5/10. Main Screen perfect condition, accessory screen has a few small marks that you can see only in certain light. No scratches. Body has no scratches/marks/dings in it, grip is in just as good of shape as the body. Strap holders have a little brasing (just the left side bar) All functions work.

Number of Shutter actuations: 19996 via astrojargon - 40D Shutter Count which states that it is "relatively" accurate.

Sale Includes: Will not part the grip for now
I will list everything I can see/find remember that it comes with. Basically you will be getting a Canon EOS 40D with box as if it came from teh factory with all original parts. And the following extra items:

Would you trade for a canon t1i with battery grip thats almost 3 months old with roughly 4xxx clicks?

I have everything including the box, and unregistered warrantee that I haven't had time to register so you can put under your name, 3 batteries, charger, memory cards etc..

Theres been a screen protector on it since I bought it, absolutely no blemishes at all. Its 9.8/10 condition wise.
