so...yea.
I was going to keep this lens as a backup, but my son has to see the Endocrinologist again, and apparently specialist visits have not gotten any cheaper recently. I am only going to assume the neurologist visit is going to be pricy as well.
This thing is a tank. metal body, built tough, barely a scuff mark on it.
glass is clean. no scratches, haze, or fungus.
AF is fairly quick for a screw drive, and accurate even in fairly low light.
AF/MF clutch functions properly. Focus and zoom rings are not loose and also work properly.
aperture ring clicks into each spot and aperture blades are clean with no functional issues.
This lens is actually pretty sharp even at f/2.8, and really shines around f/4 to f/5.6
The only accessories it comes with is the tripod mount and my love.
$400 gets this fantastic lens shipped to your door USPS to the continental US.
(I will ship to Canada, but you will have to kick in for the extra shipping cost)
Paypal is preferred. (payment as a gift to save fees is great, otherwise add 3%..$12, so im not eating shipping AND paypal fees)
personal checks only if they are drawn on a bank that has a branch near me. no money orders, cashiers checks, or western union.

I would love to avoid putting this on ebay and having to deal with all the fees between ebay and paypal.
