FT-Canon 40d+grip and 17-40L

Hey all, new to the forum, looking to upgrade to a 5d, or 1dmk2, so im looking to trade my mint condition, Canon 40d+grip and Canon 17-40L, also mint for either the 5d or 1dmk2.

both camera and lens are in perfect shape, would never be able to tell the difference from new, lens Date code is UV, and they both come with all acc. and box.
