Just took delivery of a Canon EOS 5D Mark ii with issues. Seems the camera powers on, shutter and live view fire, but that's about it. The two LCD screens are blank. The main screen, does show a glimmer of backlight and some horizontal lines. I performed the usual tests and nothing seems to work. Battery fully charged, date time battery brand new. I took the batteries and CF card out and let it sit over night, nothing happened. Hoping someone might have an idea, maybe something I've missed? The camera body appears like new. All contacts are clean, screens are free of damage. Hoping this isn't a mother board issue. I realize this is a vintage camera but hoping it still has a bit of life to it. I put a Canon EF-50mm 1.8 lens on it, and nothing happened. Then I put another lens on it an it fired perfectly, but no image appeared. Guess I'm just a glutton for punishment, this is the second Mark ii I've had. Looking forward to your suggestions.
