I received this little guy a few days ago (thanks to pixmedic), and I've been having fun with it around town. I've never done any sort of product shoot before, so I'm sure there is a lot I did wrong. Please feel free to instruct me in any way.
The reason for the red light is I had to use a 4 second exposure to get the exposure I wanted. My speedlight was flashing while the shutter was open. I actually kind of liked the red light, so I tried it in front and in back. Thoughts?
