Fujifilm s4500 vs Samsung WB100uz

Hi there! I wanted to know which one - Fuji s4500 or Samsung wb100 - is better and WHY. I can buy the Fujifilm for 150-190€ and the Samsung for 117-145€. Here are the specs of each one:
