In my college, the Drama department put on a musical last week and they asked me to photograph the show. I came there with two tripods. my friend's 7D to do video with and my D90 for still shots. i was only allowed to be on the side of the risers with seats. kind of far, only using my 50 mm 1.8. this was such a huge experience boost for me as i had to shoot everything on manual to get the results i wanted in low light stage lighting. the curator of the theater gives me this attitude about clicking sound of cameras and asks me "Ok, I really hate the clicking noises of photographers during our shows, which of your cameras have shutters?". I tried so hard not to laugh.
