Fuzziness??

It's noise from both underexposure, and long exposure.

You can see scratches on the headphones..what's not sharp about that?

There's a little coma, but that's not a big deal.. 95% of the image is out of focus because how close the camera is, depth of field is pretty thin.

I don't see what the problem is....
