My buddy Gabe. I've known this guy for 10 years now. Funny fact, we've both dated each other's ex boyfriends at the same time and still stayed close friends.

To me this is one of your better examples of using shallow DOF to enhance the image.

Agreed! We definitely want to hear the background story behind this image. :tongue-44:

(Which I very much like. Typically a horizontal portrait loses some impact; in this case, perhaps due to the casually folded arms overhead, it works well. )

Noooo, not the same guy at the same time, we were dating each other's ex boyfriends at the same time. Kind of by coincidence, but luckily he and I aren't the jealous types and we tend to remain friends with our exes.

We just have a very longstanding friendship, and at one point I was dating an ex boyfriend of his at the same time that he was with an ex of mine. It was completely by coincidence, as most people I'm sure would think it would be out of spite but that was definitely not the case lol.
