1) I like the bokeh. I would play around by adding droplets of water onto the frog.
2) Don't know what it is lol.
3) I really like like this.

For me the DoF in #1 is way to shallow. I think the photo would be much stronger if the other frog was also in focus and the chain was not going through the far frog.

Bokeh (Circle of Confusion, or CoC) is not adjustable and is a subjective quality of a blurred background. But CoC (bokeh) is not the blurred background itself.
