Canon 550D with 100mm/f2.8 Macro USM lens. Diffused light. Used a table-top tripod.
Several shots of the fairly rare Ghost plant found in a local forest after much searching. These are very small (about 2" high) and delicate plants.
First is a profile of the "flower" part. No chlorophyll makes them white, but they do have some purple on the "leaves". 1/10 sec, f8, ISO 400.
The second is a small group of imature plants. The orange fly was seredipitous (I didn't know it was there at the time). Background was too close on this one (couldn't tame it even at f2.8 - and I wanted this angle) so went with clearest image of the plant though the background is a bit busy. 1/13 sec, f3.5, ISO 400.
