Had this visitor to the back yard this morning. It was interested in my dwarf zinnia plants.

Gorgeous! Eastern tiger Swallowtail, from the looks of it. Enjoying those Zinnias!

Even in your hot environment, those flowers are feeding the pollinators. I'm glad you kept watering them.
