Besides the obvious things like I cut off her butt and her feet, what do you think. I was trying to make sure that the focus was on her eyes and did not pay attention to my framing and her dog does not sit still very long.

this orange coloration is usually due to over-saturation.
Just back off that and you'll have a good skin tone.

You still have the issues dealing with deep shade and a tint from the trees but the deep orange is gone.
Quite a lovely picture.
