Not really. It feels like dead space. But I think duncanp is right in the case of the second one. Looking at it more, I'd pull some off the right and some off the left to keep it balanced. I'd still trim it though. A lot depends on the intent, but here I don't think the background is interesting enough to add to the image. The subject is the girl. As the second one stands, she leads your eye off to the right, where it finds a lot of nothing. With the edge a little closer, it bounds the eye and makes it easier to come back to the girl. At least that's how my eye behaves when looking at it.

She's very beautiful and #2 is my favorite.
