I'd suggest cloning the frosting off her face.

I thought about it, but i decided to leave it. I did remove some bits of chocolate though. I'll clone them out and see how I feel about it, personally I thought they added to the picture, as it would suggest a birthday party and give some setting to the picture since the balloon is outside the frame.

I agree with removing the cake.
I like the image, But I feel the title should be rethought considering you can't see the actual balloon.
I'd like it better if the string was eliminated completely and it was just a headshot.

Oh, and the image looks a tad too warm

Really nice use of focus and DoF, but the chopping off of the top of the head is killing it for me. I’m sure it was probably intentional, but to my eyes, it looks like it was not.

I frequently chop heads. I just do.

In this case I was at 85mm, had no room to back up, and the little girl pulled a diva and refused to as well.
