I guess I like it. I love old signs. The conversion is nice, personally like them a bit more contrasty, but that's just me. Not so sure I'd be jumping on one of their elevators!

I feel the same way. I've shot this stupid place three different times over the last three years and so far this is as close to acceptable as I've gotten. I always forget about it until I just happen to walk up on it when I'm out camera walking in Louisville. If I were smart I'd remind myself to try it in the very early morning with nice light and no people/cars to shoot around. I don't hate it, but it's just not all that great.

I really like this image. I am a big fan of b/w's with a big dose of punch. Your angle and composition here are really nice.

I like the conversion and the tint. I think the best shot to be had there may be the storefront and part of the first garage shot straight on, with either just the bottom of the big sign or none of it.
