going to club in 30min quick question

hey, im going to club government in 30 minutes(decadence with Moby). Im going to take my point and shoot digi. Now i wanted to know what's the slowest shutter speed i can use without making the pictures all blurry?? Also im thinking ill shoot at 400 iso, thats the limit on my camera, it shouldn't be too grainy right?? im not going to print anything bigger then 8 X 10 and its a 5mp camera

any Imput will be greatly apreciated
