Gonna do some inside photography today on a rainy day...

It's really rainy outside today, so daughter and I are going to try to do some inside photography for fun and learning. We picked up 2 x $9 lamps at walmart for our lighting , a couple of white sheets to go on the sides, some black material for a backdrop, and some flowers.

We'll be taking some photos today (I'll use the 7D with 18-135 kit lens --best i have for this), and she'll use her PowerShot SX30 (hey, at least it's programmable).

I'll post pics later if any turn out reasonable, and probably even if they don't so I can get suggestions for next time.

In the mean time, I"ll be checking this forum several times, so if you have any last-minute tips to pass along, I'd appreciate it.
