Thanks for the insight. So, this is looking in a more easterly direction - trying to remember which way the general weather systems move? Interesting how we transfer our experience in our own "locations" to other parts of the world. :biggrin-93:

Almost dead due east. Most of our winter from come from the west to the east or NW to SE. Summer Fronts originate in the Gulf Stream and still come from the west, but overladen with moisture...and then we get hurricanes. Bleah.

Thanks. I will have to remember that. I will be in Orlando and St. Augustine in about a month and a half, so I will know which part of the sky to watch on my visit. I am going to attend a Mike Moats Macro workshop in Orlando for a couple of days and then to St A. to attend the Birding and Photo Fest. Hope to get a trip to the St. A. Alligator farm to shoot some big birds, and maybe Viera and the Circle Bar B Ranch. If time permits. While in St. A., I want to get down to the Washington Oaks State Gardens for some flower photography. They have the most beautiful rose garden when the flowers are in bloom - lots of other flowers too and beautiful Spanish moss.
