By upper right side you mean her face? That was the whole idea and the sole reason for the shot: the way the light fell on her face...
By right side space you mean - to her right? It is the Black Sea, that she is a goddes of..

I understand that, but it is still too over-exposed and there is too much extraneous "stuff" in the shot. I did a square crop, gave back some tonality to the face and a few other doodad things to try to reinforce the emphasis you were looking for without sacrificing the setting. Still probably not what you're looking for but perhaps it is a place to use as a median point from which to start. In the end, as always, it's just another opinion.

Plus it's a picture of a statue... which is hard to pull off, and I don't think you've done enough special with her to make it work. No offense. Trust me I spend a lot of time playing with the concept of taking pictures of statues.

No offence taeken at all. I agree, I would have dumped it without looking twice, but that spotlight was unusual so i decided to give it a go.. The statue itself is pretty ugly. Lets call it a picture of a sun lit face of a statue
